New Zealand is probably interchangeable with Australia and South Africa (both teams will play all 8 matches too in the "World Rugby Championship") and by the same token Italy is probably interchangeable with any of the other nations in the "Euro Nations" competition, you just might be looking at one or two more presses of A during the "World Rugby Championship" with most of the other "Euro Nations" teams. You're honestly looking at a few seconds difference between the two nations for what ends up being the same end result of $17,000. At the same time, there are more matches to sit through in the "Euro Nations" compared with the "Tri Nations" and "Quad Nations". Italy will sometimes make the Quarter Finals of the "World Rugby Championship" whereas the All Blacks will play out the maximum 8 matches possible in the same competition. The only real differences between the two nations are extremely negligible as its really just the number of times you have to press A to simulate matches, and just how many matches you have to sit through as you're simulating these competitions.
Each of these competitions do not take long at all to simulate, so you're saving yourself a lot of time in doing this as opposed to playing and winning over and over for $500 a pop. You earn $1,000 upon the completion of each "Euro Nations" (for Italy), the "Tri Nations" (for New Zealand), each "Quad Nations" (this replaces the "Tri Nations" after 2011), AND each "World Rugby Championship", totalling $17,000 per career mode. "Even if the new variant becomes more widespread, the vaccines we have will continue to provide protection. What appears to be the most efficient way to accumulate $100,000 is to simulate entire International Only career modes, and the best nation I've found to simulate through as is either New Zealand or Italy. "From the data, we have seen and continue to see the authorised vaccines remain effective and continue to save people from severe disease and from death. "In two other European countries with vaccination rates of less than 50% the equivalent death rates were over 250 per 1,000,000 of the population. "From my own country, Ireland, where vaccination rates are among the highest in Europe at 93% of the adult population, the deaths per 1,000,000 population over the last 14 days were 15," said Ms Cooke. Speaking to MEPs, Ms Cooke referred to Ireland as an indicator of the protection offered by vaccination. Receiving a booster vaccine is even more important now that the new Omicron variant has emerged and Ms Cooke said the data on the impact of boosters has shown that they restore or extend protection against infection and disease. Such an approach could restore protection as effectively as a booster with the same vaccine, she said. The EMA is looking at "mix and match" booster strategies where the booster dose is different from the initial vaccination.
"We don't know yet if this is needed but we have the contingency plans in place," said Ms Cooke. Guidance was put in place to allow companies to fast track adaptations to the vaccines, if needed. However, she said the EU is well equipped to deal with emerging strains. Ms Cooke says it could take up to four months for the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to approve any newly adapted vaccines.
EMA head, Emer Cooke, has told a European Parliament committee, the EU is prepared in the fight against the Omicron strain.
